The stroke needs to be adjusted before use. First, set the stroke to a medium position. Test with a scrap of the same thickness as the target sheet. Then, gradually increase the stroke until the nut is pulled to a suitable tightness.

Our air nut riveters, such as the 6312F, 6312, UW-5800-METRIC, UW-5800-IMPERIAL, and UW-5820, offer powerful performance with a pull force exceeding 4,100 lbf (18.3 kN), air pressure of 5-7 bar, and motor speeds up to 3,500 RPM. They can handle rivet nuts from M3 to M12 (#6-32 to 1/2-13) and come with a range of interchangeable nosepieces.
